Well, I am having red hair (vibrant red hair) for almost 2 months now and I feel like sharing the advantages and disadvantages of having red hair.

Disadvantages:

- The hair dye comes off quickly thus HIGH MAINTENANCE

My red hair is a state where it is brownish purplish red right now instead of just red.

- The dye comes off when you wash your hair

So my foam is reddish in color. I am using Loreal Color Lock Shampoo. After various experiment with hair shampoo, Loreal works the best for me.

- The dye from the hair stains your clothes

If you do not dry your hair immediately while it is in a wet condition, risk the chances that the dye will transfer to your top, pillow, bed sheet, etc. I experienced this T.T SO, having a hair dryer is a MUST.

- Hard to maintain the regrowth

I got about one inch of regrowth right now which I do not know what to do with it, should I dye it red or should I leave the black roots? Because even if I dyed it red, it is no gurantee the red will be the same as the rest of my hair which is in this purplish brown red phase. Even if it is the same for now, what will happen if it fades to a different color later?

Advantages:

- Pretty red hair

A lot of people commented how nice my hair looked :D

- Less make up

Even with minimal make up you will still stand out among the crowd. I only use a lip tint and I already look presentable. hehe

- Illusion of fairer complexion

People told me this, not too sure is it true.

- Unique

Not much people in Malaysia have long red hair and you will definitely stand out. I think short red hair is kinda common though.

I prefer long red hair compared to short hair because red seems to be a common color among the aunties with curly short hair so yea, unless you have a trendy or really cute short hair, do not dye your hair red ! And not much people will have long red hair. HAHAHA.

Okay, just some craps on a breezy Friday evening. hehe. Waiting for the sun to go down so that I can go for a jog :D or speed walk to be exact because I rarely jog. hehee

Studies?

I am so tired right now thought I just had one lecture today. Gah.
I don't know what's wrong with me.

Hmmm. Well, just feel like updating this space of mine before hitting the bed.

After working for the past 7 months, it felt a bit weird to start studying again.
But I do enjoy studying more compared to working because working life is just too repetitive. In working life, I just enjoy the salary part and that's it. Lol.

Anyways, this semester is so stress. I don't know is it just me or is it final year. The subjects is as hard as hell or maybe my brain had gone rusty. Not too sure about it. I had Embedded Systems lecture for 2 hours today but I only managed to understand 20% of what the lecturer is talking about. Gosh. That subject killed so many of my brain cells due to excessive concentration Lol. This is the first time I am so afraid of studying though it is just WEEK 3. Well, week 1 is Chinese New Year so for me this is just week 2 for me though it is actually week 3 already. Gah. Not just Embedded Systems, Modelling and Simulation is also a high level subject. So so difficult and we are supposed to model and simulate something. I am so going crazy. Why did I choose to be a Software Engineer again? I don't understand. Maybe I should just go into Multimedia major. Argh. TTP aka Technopreneurship Team Project is another headache as we need to sell our idea and also produce a working prototype to the examiners. And the external examiners are damn harsh. So scary and so streeessss !

So far, I am only enjoying one subject and that is International Finance Management which is one of my minor subjects for Finance. Yea, I am a Software Engineer with Finance Minor. What a weird combination as most people say. Hahaha. Nah, not really my friends are with me too. :D

I really enjoy business subjects more compare to IT subjects. So gonna say bye bye to IT world after I graduate.

Agggghhhhh the main point of this post is just one thing. STRESSSSSSSS !
okay night. Time to sleep. Need to get normal sleeping time back.
and I need to get my coffee supply. Will have a lot of sleep-less nights coming in when the projects started. T.T

Hi everyone. I am really bored right now in my room in my uni. It is a long weekend as Monday and Tuesday is public holiday. I am stuck in UTP. Ughhh. Should have gone to KL to find my sister so at least I am not so bored but also means my money will fly. Hahaha. Self-comforting words so that I will feel better that I am stuck in UTP while most of my friends are all back in their hometown. but right now I really wish I am in KL with my sister. She is bored there alone too booo. Too bad no more tickets to KL right now.

AND I MISS GONG CHA SO SO MUCH. :(

Yea, since I am bored I should update some Chinese New Year stuff. HAHAHA. Since Monday is Chap Goh Mei already. Wuuu. Nobody gonna eat Chap Goh Mei dinner with me this year. So so sad.

Hi people, I am still alive. Lack of updates because my laptop was hospitalized. hahaha. Chinese New Year had just past. Well, it have not really ended yet if we considered it the Chinese lunar calender way.

Today is Nian Chu Shi (tenth day) of the Chinese lunar calender.Chinese all around the world is still celebrating this new dragon year but too back my semester had started so here I am in my uni again.

So yea, for this semester, my friends and I moved to Village 5 which is further away but definitely nicer and prettier.

Red hair for the new year

This year, oops should be last year. I am still in the 2011 to 2012 transition mode.

Christmas was spend in Hope Ipoh church which was very very unusual and rare for me as I celebrate it with my family every year in my hometown. But last year was an exception. After my internship presentation and report was done, I went and did my hair in one of the hair saloons in Sg Wang, KL.

I decided to go for red hair this time. Not much people have long red hair hehehee. I wanted copper red but he gave me reddish violet. Grrr. Then,The guy gave me layers without asking! Grrr

I dont like layered hair.

And bangs..

I STILL DON'T LIKE MY HAIR.

Contemplating whether to cut my hair again before Chinese New Year.

If I cut I will cut it to shoulder length. But the red dye will kinda be wasted. Haih what to do now.
I curl my bangs inwards in the photo below. and a bit of the ends too.

2. Have a blast during my FINAL YEAR of UNIVERSITY ! gosh time flies so fast it scares me!
3. Have a pixie/boy cut just like how I first entered U during foundation time. :D
4. Do something awesome / memorable / crazy before I graduate!
5. Visit the parts in West Malaysia before I am back to Sabah.

As people living in KL or any major cities may know that there are a lot of snatch thieves out there with various skills to get your goods.
All those thieves can be awarded with Oscar Awards, Golden Horse Award, Grammy Awards already seriously.
Their acting skills by anytime can win our local Datuk Michelle Yeoh.

Well, this incident just happened to my colleague last night which he encountered in LRT Taman Bahagia (The Kelana Jaya Lane).
There was this guy with pitiful look said his sister got snatch by a thief, everything gone and he is in a rush to meet her but his phone don't have money something like that.
So my colleague was like okay, he take out his lousy throw-dog-can-die-phone to borrow the guy to call his sister. Btw, my colleague own an Iphone 4 too. Then, the guy's sister phone cannot be reached. The guy keep ask whether my colleague know where is SS17 or not. My colleague was like got SS17 meh? Only Seksyen 17. All these while, he was keeping a distance with this thief.
Then this time, my colleague took out his Iphone to check on the maps. Oh no.

The thief again was like, can I borrow your phone I cannot see, give me see something like that.
Then suddenly he say the screen bit blur, then wipe wipe it using his cloth, then

WHOOOSH, OFF HE WENT WITH THE PHONE !

I ask you now, those people got skill or not? Deserve OSCAR, GRAMMY or not? Hhahahaa.
Seriously, we are being nice, but got cheated.
Pity my colleague.

well similar case happened to me before, in LRT Taman Paramount (just one stop before LRT Taman Bahagia)
but my phone is still with me.
Somemore, I lend the guy my 2 months old HTC.
This incident happened months ago, but I did not blog about it.
The guy was from Cambodia or something like that, I can' remember but he was a foreigner.
He did not snatch my phone but really borrowed my phone to call his boss and return it back to me.
I suspected him at first but I also don't know why I lend to him at last.
He did not try very hard to convince me but just asked me nicely.
He was waiting for him employer something like that and he got no money he can't use the public telephone.
His mother need money for operation stuff like that.

See, my guy also got story to make me lend him my phone. BUT HE DID NOT SNATCH MY PHONE.
so yea, sometimes it really depends.

Just be careful when people ask to borrow your phone to make a call.

Bf was around last 2 weekends. Yes, this is a delayed post. Hehe. So we went to the Japanese buffet using the voucher that I purchased from Everyday.com.

Yay, I love discount vouchers :D We went on a Friday and of course that place is fully booked by people. We had to sit outside -.- which we don't fancy. We booked late but arrived early. Somemore walked in the rain to go the hotel. Erk.

Their policy is based on who book first got to sit in the restaurant even if they arrive super late. We asked whether we can sit inside but they say no since we booked late. Bla. I don't like.

Their staff is quite impolite so thumbs down for their service. Booooo.

Well not all, the receptionists are impolite. The rest is okay. hahaha

Food is nice though no much choices is available.

and is refilled quickly.

so yea, its was okay.

A day in the mall and my way to flawless skin

Sis went home for a week last week for holidays and I was dropped dead bored at home. Plus, I dropped my keys somemore so I am locked in the house whole day last Saturday. Super upset and bored.

Ughhh.

So when sis arrived on Sunday, we quickly head to Sunway Pyramid to eat and get our groceries shopping done.

and my stuff :D

I bought one mosquitoes repellent band too to avoid all the mosquitoes that love to bite me so much, seriously I want to kill all the mosquitoes, what are their purpose living in this world besides being a food to the frogs and spiders and lizards? Hmmm. Someone tell me why please. hahaa

Lunch @ KimGary. Love the soup, love the dessert, the drink is okay.

Both our cheese baked rice tasted okok only. Not nice but edible. Don't know why it is not nice that day. Weird. I opt for white sauce this time and I regretted. Better stick to red sauce at all times.

and this is my dinner at Asian Avenue I forgotten the name of the shop. For less than RM15 I got this huge plate of spaghetti. Marinara. Definitely cheap and fulfilling though the taste isn't that great.

I prefer more flavourful sauce for my food. :D

Currently am trying these product from NOPS and I hope it works to help me achieve flawless skin !

Its all natural so yea, thats why I support Lol.

The snail cream cost RM110 and the modelling mask RM20.

They give a lot of samples and explained to me the benefits of each :D

and yes, they are super generous with their samples. I love !

The snail cream was okay, used it for 2 days after cleaning my face and no breakouts.

I read some reviews before that it may cause breakouts for some other brands, so just precaution, I did not dare to apply too thick.

I skipped my sleeping mask though but still apply my eye cream as usual.

Currently focusing on using this product.

So hope it will cure my blemish scars as what it claims it can do.

My only major problem are scars :(

and my pores.

I bought this mask (green tea) to help tighten my pores.

Need to mix it with water prior to use and peel it off after that.

It was okay though my skin was bit red after using it.

Not sure whether my skin is allergic to it.

Hmmm. Gonna try again on weekends.

Currently dreaming to achieve flawless skin and ditch my foundation.

Had TGIF with my colleagues yesterday at MyElephant, Sri Hartmas for some authentic Thailand food by our monthly boss treat-eat all you want-session yay :D

So yea, we had thailand food yesterday.

We had seafood previously but I didn't manage to snap pictures as there are too much people I shy. Lol

The place is awesome and cozy.

Most of all, the food is awesome ! If you like sour spicy sweet food. The spicy-ness is definitely bearable as I can't take too much spicy food.

My only comment is that some of the food got too much of the serai taste. So yea, super thai thai. I don't like.

Kinda small but it is the right size if you don't come in a big bunch of 20++ people like us.

It is nice but the all of us agreed that the green mango drink is the nicest which is more to sweet rather than sour. The lemon grass drink is surprisingly not bad too.

Do not order the smoothies though cause you will be super full !

On the day I chose not to take a cab to work, I met that old ah pek again.
First was outside the place I am currently tumpang-ing my sister.
But there was cars so he didn't come near me.
He was just looking. And I pretend didn't saw him.
Then just now, when I got down from the train,
I saw him again. Erk.
In the train, I was like praying to meet this friend that I met during one rainy day Lol.
That day was raining and I tumpang him in my umbrella to the KTM station.
So yeap, I met him ! :D
I asked him whether he saw this ah pek that talks to himself while riding his motorcycle and he said no.
While I was telling him my encounter, that ah pek crossed us O.O
Then I was like, that's him that's him, walk faster walk faster.
That ah pek keep looking at us and mumbling which I don't know what is he mumbling/ talking about.
My friend was like that guy keep look at us as if aiming us. I was like yea, I saw him too this morning while walking to the station. I have to be very very careful in case he ambush me one day!

Erk.
But I think this ah pek is sot one.
That day we went for lunch with colleagues. So we walked cause it is faster to walk than drive because of the jam.
And we saw him.
He was like hello hello do you all remember me hello hello
I am the manager of *** (the place we were working in currently, our client company)
Then my colleagues said he sot one.
Then I said I met him before few times already. He is kinda creepy one.
So my male colleague taught us to hit his ** if he come near us LOL.hahahaaha

Miss Bits Tanglung Night last year where we celebrated it with our ICT and BIS coursemates in UTP in Pavilion (UTP's Pavilion lol) where we had fun eating mooncake, drinking tea and play (burned) lanterns together. !

This year intern, didn't managed to play any lanterns :(

So gonna organise Tanglung Night again next year to enjoy with our beloved coursemates next year.

p/s: I took KTM this morning and an old popo chatted with me asked me am I celebrating Mid Autumn Festival :) Awww. She made me miss my grandma. While we were chatting, I found out her mother is from Kota Kinabalu too ! Talk about randomness! And I just told her I am from Sabah and she told me her mother's kampung halaman is KK! :D

and talked with dad, brother and mother at night.
though we are one family, when I need to call them, I need make 3 different phone calls =.=
and my sis say need to repeat the story 3 times to 3 different person lol. If got call grandma, means repeat 4 times ! Hahahaha

Colour Contact Lens : My thoughts

Well, I started wearing contact lens 5 years ago when I need to attend some function that time. Since then, I learnt how to wear contact lens and ditch my spectacles behind. I only wear my spectacles when I am at home or not going anywhere nice :P

But now, I am wearing spectacles to work as I need to face the laptop for the whole day. Don't want to spoil my eyes. hehehe.

Besides the normal color-less one which are more comfortable, I started wearing color lenses as I think that they are really pretty ! So yea, I started experimenting with those brands that you can purchase from the optometry shop.

I tried all the brands out there but sadly, those are too dry for me. They either give me a red eye or their lenses tear as in koyak in Malay while I was wearing them. I have very dry eyes. Pretty scary ain't it? I don't know why but I cant seem to find the right one.

(Note: This is based on my personal experience so don't compare my situation with others yea :) )

Then I started buying those contact lens online those Korean brand ones. Miraculously, those lenses are pretty comfortable and they rarely give me red eye. Only once I think. So for now, I am still wearing them and I change them every one to three months. If I wear them often I normally change to a new set in one month.

So yea, below are some pictures of me in my lens and their brand. I got more, but I couldn't find them.

The diameter for the lens are mostly between 14.0 - 14.5mm.

Except for the pink lens which is 16mm.

My 2 cents: Do not wear those 16mm lens often as they have some side effects plus, they are not comfortable too.

The pink lens are really pretty but 16mm are a bit too much.

Stick to 14.0-14.5 is better for your own eyes.

My advice, find the right one for your own eyes !

and if you purchase online, do make sure that they are authentic!

I am still finding for the right brand from those shops.

I saw a new brand Adore. Feel like trying them hmmm. RM100 a pair for 3 months.

What happened today?

The KTM is on time or should it be I am also early I am not too sure but I am in XXX around 935am today! So I must go to pantry and take some coffee to eat with my biscuits.

:D They have the machine, the red coloured one which you can see in Subway.
The machine have tons of choices like espresso, milo, teh tarik, mocha etc.
Most of the time I just take mocha. The rest are too sweet and the white coffee tasted weird. Lol.
Just place a cup and press the button. Zrrrringggg Then your cup of beverage is done !

Took around 10 minutes in the pantry before going up to start work.
Finally my UAT scripts are done. Still got testing to do T.T

Then for lunch, we (colleagues and I) walked to Sg XXX today ! and cross that motorcycle bridge omg damn scary but that time not too much motorcycles as compared to the peak hours in the morning and after hour hours.

But the shop we wanted to go was closed so we went PapaGo , call this and that, walk up and down that area and everyone was looking at us because its around 10 of us walking up and down in office wear Lol.
Haha.
Finally we settled down one hour later ! YES, ONE HOUR LATER WE WALKED FOR ALMOST ONE HOUR. Hahah. Thank God not too sunny today but it as drizzling while we were walking back.
The rain instantly turn into a heavy downpour once we entered the side gate of XXX.
God is good :)

In the evening, I waited a bit for the KTM to arrive and was home by 730 :)

Sometimes, we need some things to make our life exciting ain't it?
Hmmm.

Anyway, next week is Raya.

I first stepped in to Taylor's Lake Side Campus last Tuesday with my sister, and my friend Ketty and her sister Kelly.

Both my sister and Kelly is studying culinary arts in Taylors.

They have this thing where they serve food to outsiders. Not serve but actually we have to pay to eat the meal Lol. My sister told me it is some kind of training for them. So we went and support!

And also for me this kampung girl never see the new campus, sure go and busybody a bit.

So after work that day, rushed home and went to Taylors !

But I can assure you, that campus is fun to be in!

Kinda small but its fun! Hahaha.

Not as big as UTP for sure but a lot more food. But also expensive food which will burn a hole in your pocket if you eat there every meal.

I am wondering what is the purpose of intern, why am I here, why didn't I choose to go back Sabah.
Why am I regretting it all now?
KL is definitely not a easy place to stay in. There are so many types of people.
Some might sincerely care for you, some might fake it out, some might just want you to disappear.
I really don't know who is sincere and who is not, who is really being there for me or who just thinks that I am annoying.

I told my friend, I feel so meaningless, so lifeless,
he say why not live through everyday by telling yourself you are living for Christ, shining for His glory, then your life is not meaningless at all.

He is correct, I am depending too much on my own right now in everything that I am doing, worrying about every single thing. How am I going to work, what if the train is late, what if there are people that disturb me along the way, will it rain, how am I gonna go back if it rains, what am I gonna eat, how much am I spending, do I have enough money to spend, did I overspend, and so much more.

I went back to UTP and Ipoh on Friday, so many of them commented that I got thinner, is it because of stress and so much more,
well I just look at them and smile,
telling myself, how can I not be thin if I eat so little and walk so much, barely get a proper sleep.

Sometimes, I might look very tough but actually I am not, I just need to hold on, go on, push myself more than what I can do because I simply don't have a second option.
I just want internship to end as soon as possible.

Oh God, I need Your power and strength to go on.

Saturday I went out, then there was this lady that dropped RM50 on the floor, told her to pick it up.
Sunday I went SS2 Murni with Cheryl Tan and the geng. Then we got lost wahahhaa.
Monday, tummy upset since morning aunt flo came plus diarrhea again. Then the bus was early but I missed the bus back to taman again, so I walked. I missed the bus because my card got jammed in the LRT. sigh. Proven the bus T627 back to my taman don't like me. Always missed it. Then I walked back and dapao-ed porridge. I walked damn fast. Super fast. Who dare to come near me I will hit them using my tumbler. Wahahaa.

Okay, in work now. bye and I am so freaking tired because of aunt flo. Sigh. Bye.

Yesterday, my bus home was drove by a female driver. She damn ganas one okie.
Big size and super tomboy.

There was once we were in a roundabout and she did not break, the cars honk her like mad. I almost heart attack that time. Lol but it is good she drive super fast. I reach LRT at 7, but I missed the bus back to my house. Boo. Next bus is another 40 mins around that so I decided to walk.

So I walk walk and walk according to my feel. Then I kena kacau by motocyclist this time. Then I ran. No worries I am fine. He came damn near me then I ran and I always have my tumbler with me so I can hit him if he dare to come any nearer. Haha. Then, I got lost, but then Thank GOD I met a friendly that showed me the way, she keep insist to walk with me till my junction. Chinese auntie in her forties. She was watering the plants when I saw her. Super nice. Told me to be careful also. Well, everyone told me to be careful in KL haha.

I reach home around 730 hehe.
My friends say I am very daring dare to walk alone but I think nothing to scared unless got people come near to me and it is still bright.

But considering the 2 incidents that happened, I realised people like to kacau me Lol so better next time just wait for the bus. Haha.

Okay. hehehehee

and today. my colleague sent me to my house from office. Omg just 15 minutes with a lil bit of jam, Imagine me travelling 2 hours everyday. Sigh. Why I NO CAR AND WHY NO ONE STAY NEAR ME.

Yesterday was raining,
and a colleague offered to send me to LRT I am so happy. I reach LRT near my house at 630. Walked home and reach at 650. Imagine how early is that.

But got some lorry driver kacau me while I was walking home. Panicked a while. Cause they are not Chinese or Malay (not to be racist but taking precaution). Quickly walk and ignored them. If everyday got people send me to LRT then I do not need for that super unpredictable bus anymore. Hahaha. But cannot, that colleague is in another office one. Boo.
Today have to wait for bus again. Reach home at 8 something. Sigh

But still I am happy although just for one day.

Im blogging from my office.

3rd day already.

I am the earliest to arrive and also the earliest to leave. ahah. just because I have to wait for the stupid bus from my office to LRT.

So far so good, just a "bit" bored because I am learning how to use ASP.NET and C#
and revising SQL. Colleagues are nice. Alot of guys, but I guess it is normal? Since I am in an IT company.

My journey to work.
1) Take bus from home to LRT
2) 2nd stop of LRT get down
3) Take bus to office

the whole journey take about less than 1 hour to go to work.
but back from work is a pain in the a**
I travelled 2 hours just to get home. I hate KL traffic and I will never ever work in KL anymore unless I have to. Damn, Wasted a lot of my time just for the bus to arrive. Though it is very near only seriously.

Sigh, Need to travel to client company soon. Another headache. Sigh.

Signals?

Just to share something that I learnt when I went to Kundasang with my family the other day while my father is driving.

When you are driving up the hills, there are some signals that you will need to take note to aid your driving and also increase the safety
(I don't know whether the rest of the people know or not but I certainly don't so I feel like sharing it here :) ).

Firstly,
if there are sticks / branches on the road, it is a sign to slow down as there might be accident/ anything in front.
# proven while we were on our way that day as there is this lorry that fell into thee side drain.

Secondly,
watch for signals from the lorry/ truck drivers if you would like to overtake them especially in sharp corners where you cannot see whether there is a car coming or not.
left signal = no cars coming = can overtake
right signal = got car coming = cannot overtake

These are 2 basic tips that I learnt from my father that day. He often drive around Sabah. Up and down the hills and mountains turn here turn there. I don't simply trust people to drive up the hills. But I do trust my father's years of driving experience skills. Although you have a very powerful car, you might not able to use it to its full potential too if you do not know how to use the gear etc etc for those very long or steep hill roads. So, driving in hills is really not easy. Respect my dad for it. We can reach Kundasang around 1 hour 30 mins. Damn fast. Hehe.

My mum told me I'm ok with milk already but she don't know that I didn't take milk all these years. I take a bit of chocolate milk when I'm in utp. A bit as in 1 lil box during red sonata. My mother just told me I can't take milk since I am a baby.

I grew up drinking soy milk. now then I know.
how awesome is that.
after 21 years then I KNOW. sometimes my mother really =.=

I thought I puke everytime I drink milk because I do not like the taste. but in fact I really cannot take milk at all.
I remember the time when my kindergarden teacher gave me milk one day before I take my nap (yes, I still remember) I puked so badly I never want to take milk again.

But I tried again, and still puke,

Now I have inflammation in my intestine. again.
and I think its because of milk. HONEYDEW/MELON milk. I go and drink that because it tastes like honeydew and not milk Lol. if you get me.
I took nothing that could have cause me to puke.

just that melon milk.

Ughhh.
Seriously NO MORE MILK.

I puked and diarrhea for 3 days and sweat none stop cold sweat due to that milk.
- gas in my tummy
- bloated tummy although I eat nothing
- puke and poo like mad

but I am not lactose intolerant. I googled it up. some people are same like me.
only allergic to milk but not other dairy products.
I can take cheese and ice cream just fine.
based on what I googled, I am allergic to an enzyme that is found in cow's milk (if and only if google is accurate)

so yea, no milk. this time for real. bye milk.

and I cannot eat so many things this few days. :( no sang nyuk mien no pizza no sao kai yit because scared my tummy is still upset. sigh.

If I dont plan earlier, I will stuck not knowing what to do next.
People that know me will know this, I plan like crazy.
The bf also sometimes irritated with me cause I will like what do you want to eat, where do you want to go, okay wake up what time tomorrow blablabla and so on.

I even have checklists all the time.
What to do for the day,
Finals what day study what and so on.

So I dislike it when my plan is cacat-ed.
Serious dont like.
Because I will dont know what to do and worry like hell.

But for the current situation, well things don't always work my way, no matter how upset I am,
I still have to go through it all.
Just hope everything goes well and Daphnee don't think so much, GO STUDY PLEASE.

and I cant even study if there is something that is in my mind.
Dont tell me to dont think after finals then settle because I cannot, I will still think. it is like my things done half way. Like wear clothes button half only Lol.

Yes, to that extent, I cant sleep last night too.

and 14 for visual. Lowest for auditory. (well, I always find it difficult to detect sound.

Shark attack and recovery

On October 31, 2003, Hamilton went for a morning surf along Tunnels Beach, Kauai with friend Alana Blanchard along with Blanchard's father and brother. Around 7:30 a.m., with numerous turtles in the area, she was lying sideways on her surfboard with her left arm dangling in the water , when a 14 ft (4.3 m) tiger shark attacked her,^[1] ripping her left arm off just below the shoulder. If the shark had bitten two inches further in, the attack would have been fatal. She lost nearly 60% of her blood. Her friends helped paddle her back to shore, and fashioned a tourniquet out of a surfboard leash around what was left of her arm before rushing her to Wilcox Memorial Hospital. Her father was supposed to have knee surgery that morning but she took his place in the operating room. She then spent seven more days in recovery at the hospital.

Despite the trauma of the incident, Hamilton was determined to return to surfing. Less than one month after the incident, she returned to her board and went surfing again. Initially, she adopted a custom-made board that was longer and slightly thicker, which made it easier to paddle. She has observed that she has to kick a lot more to make up for the loss of her left arm. After teaching herself to surf with one arm, she has again begun surfing competitively. She is now back to using competitive performance short-boards again.

In July 2004, Hamilton won the Best Comeback Athlete ESPY Award.^[2] She was presented with a special courage award at the 2004 Teen Choice Awards.

In 2005, with one arm, Hamilton took 1st place in the NSSA National Championships, a goal she had been trying to achieve since before the shark attack. In 2008, she began competing full-time on the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) World Qualifying Series (WQS). In her first competition against many of the world's best women surfers, she finished 3rd.

Well, it is not that awesome actually,
I woke up with a terrible headache and heartache I don't know why.

I have tonnes of work piling up, I need to study for my tests. I haven't even taken any TEST 2 papers yet, not to mention finals coming in just 2 weeks time.

I dislike this 3 semester thing seriously, we do not even have enough time to do our assignments and projects, then how are we supposed to study for our finals? I got a strong feeling that our grades will seriously drop this semester. Boo-yahhhhh

Including mine too. Erk.

I (and my coursemates) still got 2 presentation, 3 projects (1 killer one =ITPM), 4 MORE Test 2s, and of course finals.

Do You Feel Dizzy During Exercise? Find Out Why

Are you one of the many people who suffer from dizzy spells or light headedness during exercise? Many people seem to suffer from dizzy spells either during exercise or afterwards. If you are one of these people then check the list below to see where you may be going wrong:

1. Running on empty - if you exercise in the morning after maybe 10 hours since your last meal then your body is low on many of the nutrients and energy required to get you through your workout. If your carbohydrate stores (glycogen) levels are low then your body will use your muscles and fat for energy and this can be a strain on your system. Consider eating muesli, fruit, porridge - 1 hour before exercise.

2. Lack of fluids - our body's natural equilibrium of water is very crucial - as you perspire you lose water and this can tip you over the edge. Drink water before, during and after exercise but don't overindulge.

3. Low blood pressure - fast movements from standing to lying can cause dizziness in people suffering from low blood pressure. Take your time between transitions or better still perform all your standing exercise and then all your floor exercises.

4. Blood pooling - after heavy leg exercises (squats, deadlifts) blood rushes to your legs in order to fuel your muscles. Ensure you take time to recover after these exercise and give the blood chance to recirculate. Don't sit down, moving around on your feet will help you return back to normal quicker.

5. Anaemia (iron deficiency) - because you have a lack of red blood cells you have less carriers for your oxygen and so can make it harder when exerted to return oxygen back to your brain.

6. Correct breathing - starving your body of oxygen by shallow breathing or holding your breath during exercise is a definate no no. Concentrate on your breathing and this will not only get you through your exercise session but can improve your lung capacity and control your heart rate too.

7. Too much too soon - if you have been away from exercise for sometime or are trying something new then the shock to your body can cause spells of dizziness. Remember to take things easy and be progressive. Rome wasn't built in a day!

If after following this advice or you still feel concerned about your dizzy spells then consult you local GP.

Don't let dizziness spoil your workouts!!

Boh Tea Plantation, Cameron Highlands! (Finally haha)

Finally here I am blogging about my Cameron Trip. Supposed to do my assignment but very sien it is Corporate Ethics so here I am in the blog-mos-sphere lol.

So yea, went to CH with the boyboy last week during our pathetic 4 days mid semester break.

Finally I can tell people I went to CAMERON HIGHLANDS! haha.

I am from the East so it is rare for me to be able to go to different places okie hehe.

AND CAMERON HIGHLANDS IS AWESOME!

I love the weather because I basically do not like the sun much. haha. and of course it rains all the time but I dont mind much though because I love the rain. hehe I am bit weird I know because most people dont like rain. At night it was super cold both of us were shivering hahaha. Want go eat dinner also dont want to go down car because it was damn cold the wind is very strong. After makan then balik UTP. hahaha. damn cold cannot tahan. Grrrr It was kinda moist though so I wonder how can they dry their clothes hmm. The food there was okay, went to some Chinese restaurant to eat. The food is pricier can compare with KL and KK price.

Too used to Ipoh and Penang price suddenly feel the food is kinda expensive Haha.

Okay back to the topic, we asked recommendations for places to visit and of course BOH TEA PLANTATION was in the list.

When we enter the junction we was like is this the correct road? Sure or not? Don't sesat ah. Why so narrow one? Why so steep one? Scary la wei. I don't want to look down. HAHAHA

BUT WE SURVIVED WITH OUR KANCIL WOOTS. I love that car though boyboy hates it. hehe.

When we reached it was raining heavily so kinda sad because cannot go pluck go touch go see the tea leaves boo. But we went to the hanging cafe! Awesome! The view was simply breathtaking and got mist somemore very mong huan very fairytale I SUPER LIKE hahaha.

P/s: i very tahan i wear short skirt only with slippers hahahaa. but regret because damn cold and the road were slippery. next time must wear covered shoes/ rubber soles sandals. hahaa.

HEART ATTACK

I am back from KL and also Cameron.

My Wednesday quite ki siao also.
I survived taking KTM from batu Gajah to KL Sentral, then eat in McD, next, go change to formal attire and put my stuff in the locker, after that go take LRT to Kelana Jaya with 8 stops and lastly take taxi to Pelangi Damansara.

After finish interview, I go cyber some more while waiting for taxi to arrive.
Then take taxi back to LRT Kelana Jaya then back to KL Sentral.

Reach quite early then decided to go MidValley. So I go took KTM there. Shop shop abit. Quite sien.
Then went in Bonita, the watch on sales. Since my watch strap also spoil already, I decided to get one new one. Hehe. Nice or not?
Then saw the pouch also on sales, so I buy also lol.

Then felt very tired so I go to ground floor to eat papa's beard cream puff. Long time didnt eat already and I very like it but it is super expensive! RM4.30 each which I finished in 5 mins lol.
Then walk walk a bit more and bought a hair clip in Sinma.
Then feel quite sien again so went to Sushi dono what I don't remember to eat japanese.
Disappointing one. Sad me.

Still very early after dinner. Not even 7. So I decided to go search for formal clothes.
Manged to buy one Hush puppies formal black shirt and also one blouse. Both also on sales.
I very kiam one okie. Haha. unless I am rich that time then I will simply buy ahaha.
Walk abit more in Jusco because the rest are too expensive for me. Zara @.@ Cotton On also got nothing that attracted me.
Decided to leave Midvalley at 8 because my train is on 9. Midvalley to KL Sentral also around 7 mins only.

Manatau when I reach the KTM, I waited for 45 mins for the train to arrive. Delayed. The KTM opposite one already arrived twice but my side not even once. WALAO. I damn panic. 830 the train not yet reach I also panic already.840 didnt reach I super panic till I can die. Lol. The train finally reached at 850. I was cursing so badly that time because KTM intercity is damn on time leave one.

When I reach KL Setral I heard the announcement for my train then I quickly ran to the locker grab my stuff and ran to the platform, panic like HELL.

Then I saw a lot people at the platform so I asked the uncle beside me where is he heading, he told me Ipoh and I say ohhh I thought I was late. I am heading to Ipoh too.
After that he asked me my train number, WA DIFFERENT LOR AND HE SAID THE LAST ANNOUNCEMENT WAS LAST CALL!
I PANIC PANIC LIKE DON'T KNOW WHAT because no more ticket counter already that time if I miss means I need to take the train next day.

Then I ran to the entrance and ask the guy, he told me to go check see whether the train left already or not.
THEN I RAN DOWN AND I SAW IT WAS EMPTY!
Almost want to cry already. Then my instinct told me to walk behind the escalator then I saw still got train.
THANK GOD!
THEN THE TRAIN HOOOOONNNNNN! means want leave already right.
SO I RAN AND RAN AND RAN lol. HAHAHAA Then the KTM guy told me to just jump in any coach. Because my coach is last one. So just simply go in first.

I went in and just sit down to rest lol. I look at the time. 901pm. Hahaha. 1 minute later the train departed.
THANK GOD I MADE IT.
HAHAHAHAHA I ALMOST GOT HEART ATTACK. HAHAHAA.

this shows that sometimes, we are really not in control but God is.
